*All parentage typed DNA results for ICHO registered horses, must be in the U of KY labs database. If you have a DNA report from another lab like UC Davis or TX A&M, or other registry using UKY, there will be a $10.00 recording fee applied to enter that data in the U of KY database. Breeding Stallions and Mares are required to be DNA typed in UKY .

Type your info in the DNA testing form for accuracy and easy reading then Print. If your horse is not registered, leave the NACHR# area blank, do not write pending. ICHO will assign the number for testing if your horse is also being registered. Send form and hair sample to the ICHO office address on the top left of form, send payment or copy of payment along with the form and hair sample. Thank you.

Ancestral DNA Testing- $25.00, find the breeds genetically linked in your Curlies background ancestors. This is part of an ICHO study documenting ancestral influence in Curlies backgrounds. This test also gives DNA markers that can be entered as "Other Lab DNA Report" for recording fee of $10.00 if your horse has not been tested with UKY.
